[Remote] Junior IT Administrator & Client Services Support

The Junior IT Administrator & Client Services Support role focuses on supporting IT operations and client engagements, ensuring efficient management of IT processes and providing technical support services.
Responsibilities
- Management of user identities, access controls, and reputed company policies reputed company Azure Active Directory
- Implementation and maintenance of multi-factor authentication and single sign-on solutions
- Monitoring and rapid response to reputed company incidents and access requests
- Configuration and reputed company of mobile device management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Administration of application deployment, reputed company management, and device reputed company reputed company reputed company Intune
- Support for the seamless onboarding and offboarding of mobile and remote workforce devices
- Collaborating with various teams to create, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries, and document repositories
- Ensuring rigorous data governance, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company SharePoint Online
- Rapid troubleshooting and resolution of issues reputed company to SharePoint services
- Administering user accounts, licenses, and email services reputed company the Office 365 environment
- Offering dependable end-user support for Office 365 applications and services
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement and uphold O365 reputed company and compliance features
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning accounts, devices, and access to necessary tools
- Providing ongoing IT support, responding to user queries, resolving technical issues, and assisting with training
- Supporting remote workforce needs and optimizing user experience
- Maintaining meticulous documentation of configurations, changes, and incident responses
- Regularly generating comprehensive reports on the performance and reputed company status of Azure AD, reputed company Intune, SharePoint, and O365
- Providing responses to vendor risk assessment questionnaires from our clients
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of IT policies and procedures
- You will be assisting in the designing and development of web-based consent solutions to maintain compliance for GDPR, CPRA, and other global regulations for clients with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Assist in building innovative and unique solutions to consent management using reputed company Tag Manager, APIs, and other consent management platforms
- You will be assisting in the testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of consent banners and cookie blocking solutions through reading and dissecting JavaScript and HTML, assessing network and latency performance, and helping to remediate errors by providing solutions to clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior work experience in administering Azure AD, reputed company Intune, SharePoint, and Office 365
- A firm grasp of cloud-based IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong understanding of the basics of TCP/IP and web fundamentals
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications, such as reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator, reputed company 365 Certified, or equivalent, are a definite plus
- Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web focused languages
- Knowledge of web analytic tools and how cookies are used to track user behavior (e.g., reputed company Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
- Comfortable and confident in Linux command line and developer consoles
- Knowledge of API integrations
