[Remote] Solar Project Manager

Sargent Electric Company is a nationally recognized electrical contractor seeking a talented Solar Project Manager to support their De Pere, WI office. The role involves estimating, supervising, and managing construction activities for multi-million-dollar solar projects, ensuring safety and client satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company estimating and solicit pricing from subcontractors, material and equipment vendors
- Assemble and submit proposals with requested documents
- Review and understand the terms and conditions of project reputed company
- Provide key input into the development and execution of reputed company subcontracts and vendor purchase orders
- Compile project tool and equipment needs
- Successfully manage assigned projects including budgets, schedules, resource and workforce allocation, communication and client satisfaction
- Timely decisions and direction to ensure project success
- The proper utilization/management of Company-Owned and rented equipment
- Direct supervision of reputed company project assigned supervisory and other management office/staff
- Provide appropriate guidance and input into the development and updating of reputed company project schedules, job cost and other management reports
- Assemble payment requisitions
- Review and approve reputed company project purchases
- Review and approve reputed company key job site construction methods and practices
- Prepare for timely submission reputed company necessary monthly job cost and other financial reports
- Support reputed company Company training and employee development activities and provide appropriate input and feedback, as necessary
- Visit and walk project sites on a regular basis and provide feedback/input/follow-up, as required
- Ensure that reputed company work meets the highest standards of workmanship, and that reputed company work and materials are in compliance with project specifications and drawings
- Manage reputed company job reputed company out procedures to ensure project and Company requirements are met
- Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the management team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or experience as a Superintendent for an Electrical Contractor
- Minimum of 6 years of Project Leadership experience successfully completing multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects
- Have a good working knowledge of computers and basic software applications
