Responsibilities
- Provide resolution to moderate and reputed company client inquiries reputed company phone, online chat, and email
- Utilize internal product guides, support databases, and tools to identify, resolve, and escalate customer issues
- Record interactions accurately in the customer relationship database
- Identify and document resolutions for recurring inquiries
- Participate in product testing, cross-training on other systems, and process improvement initiatives

Skills
