The Field Sales Representative is responsible for providing product recommendations to customers while growing FMC's footprint in Southern Idaho, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate significant annual reputed company for the organization
  • Manage of customer accounts, identify and reputed company new prospects to sell FMC products
  • Focus on sales targets, business development, building customer relationships and resolving customer issues

Skills

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or reputed company Life Science and 10+ years of relevant sales experience, or High School Diploma and 13+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 10+ years sales experience
  • Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems
  • Core principals in value selling and agronomics
  • Experience facilitating and executing reputed company projects
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience driving new and existing business opportunities with key accounts (including national accounts) reputed company a sales territory
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company decisions under minimum supervision; frequently makes decisions of a reputed company nature reputed company operating guidelines
  • Experience in leveraging critical accounts the support of national accounts
