[Remote] National Director of Sales

They are seeking a National Director of Sales to reputed company and reputed company the sales team, implement commercial strategies, and foster customer and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities

- Set clear expectations for daily activities, performance standards, and professional development
- Manage time-off requests and scheduling for Regional Sales Leaders
- Assist VP in overseeing sales budget and travel expenses
- Provide Leadership Development and training to Regional Sales Managers

- Plan, execute, and reputed company effective sales and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed reputed company targets
- Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed

- Collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Lab Operations, and Professional Education teams to align efforts and drive results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company and prospective customers
- Support vendor relationships to foster strategic and profitable partnerships

- Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of commission statements and territory alignment
