Anchor Loans is the nation’s leading private, direct lender to reputed company residential real estate investors and builders, and is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to reputed company and expand Residential Transition Loan origination production on the reputed company Coast. This leadership role will reputed company both borrower direct and third-party business development professionals, driving regional production growth, market expansion, client acquisition, and sales team development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, mortgage banking, business purpose lending, or RTL origination sales
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams reputed company a regional market
  • Demonstrated success originating and growing RTL, fix-and-flip, DSCR/rental, construction, or investor-focused lending products
  • Proven track record managing both retail/direct originators and broker-focused business development professionals
  • Deep understanding of business purpose lending products and real estate investor financing needs, expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
  • Extensive experience in residential business purpose lending, mortgage banking, or real estate finance
  • Strong understanding of sales management, business development, and regional market expansion strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
