[Remote] Manager AI/ML

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering & AIOps Strategy to drive enterprise AI initiatives across a large-scale technology organization. This strategic leadership role will focus on developing AI roadmaps, guiding engineering teams, and establishing governance frameworks to create business value through AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI, Generative AI, and AIOps roadmaps reputed company with business objectives
• Identify opportunities to reputed company AI agents, predictive analytics, automation, and GenAI across technology and operations portfolios
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI investments and establish execution plans
• reputed company the transition of AI solutions from reputed company of concept to scalable production deployments
• Establish governance frameworks, operating procedures, and success metrics for AI-enabled products
• Guide engineering teams on AI/ML architecture, GenAI applications, RAG solutions, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native deployments
• Drive MLOps and AIOps best practices, including deployment pipelines, monitoring, observability, and model governance
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to accelerate AI adoption
• Communicate strategy, reputed company, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders
• Mentor and support technical teams while helping establish scalable delivery and prioritization processes

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, platform engineering, cloud transformation, or technology leadership
• 3+ years leading teams or enterprise AI/ML initiatives
• Experience building AI, GenAI, or machine learning roadmaps and bringing solutions into production
• Strong understanding of MLOps and AIOps, including deployment, observability, governance, and lifecycle management
• Experience working reputed company AWS cloud environments (SageMaker, reputed company, reputed company/EKS, S3, reputed company Functions, or similar services)
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including RAG architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and platform enablement
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs
• Experience establishing AI governance and Responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with AI Centers of Excellence and enterprise operating models
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and deployment ecosystems
