Salem Media Group is seeking a high-energy, digitally savvy Brand Partnership Manager to drive new business growth across their national influencer and content creator portfolio. The role focuses on developing new reputed company through strategic influencer campaigns and building relationships with national brands and agencies.
Responsibilities

- Monetize creators through strategic, integrated influencer campaigns spanning social, podcast, paid amplification, and digital distribution

Skills
- 3–7+ years in influencer, digital media, paid social, podcast, or agency sales with a proven track record of closing new brand partnerships
- Existing lifestyle brand and/or agency relationships with the ability to open doors quickly
- Deep understanding of creator monetization, branded content, paid amplification, and performance-driven digital campaigns
- Strategic, consultative seller who builds integrated campaigns (not just sells inventory) and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Ideal background: influencer agency, paid social, digital media, podcast network, or talent agency
