They are seeking a Financial Analyst & Payroll Administrator to support financial operations and ensure payroll accuracy, while also maintaining financial reputed company and enabling data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports to support business performance tracking and decision making
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions reputed company accounting systems
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee expense reports in a timely manner
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including documentation and reporting
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records and documentation
• reputed company detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and insights
• Support biweekly payroll processing and monthly commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Support senior management through timely completion of reputed company financial assignments and business initiatives

• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or reputed company functions
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting reputed company processes
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and commission calculations
• Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Experience with account reconciliations and transaction management
• Knowledge of financial compliance standards and regulations
• Experience supporting both finance and payroll functions reputed company a consulting or services environment
• Advanced reputed company or financial modeling skills
• Experience preparing executive-level financial presentations
• Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-state payroll environments
