[Remote] Partner Incentive Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Partner Incentive Operations Specialist to support the administration of partner incentive programs and ensure accurate, timely processing of partner payments.
Responsibilities
- Review, triage, and process partner incentive submissions in accordance with established policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Validate supporting documentation and follow up with partners regarding incomplete or inaccurate submissions
- Apply program rules and guidelines to ensure eligibility and compliance
- Coordinate vendor onboarding activities with Finance and Accounts Payable teams
- Manage incentive payout processes and ensure payments are processed accurately and on schedule
- Investigate and resolve payment-reputed company discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of incentive submissions, approvals, and payments
- reputed company ongoing reconciliation activities to ensure data reputed company and financial accuracy
- Monitor incentive program activity and maintain reputed company-of-truth reporting trackers
- reputed company and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incentive administration processes
- Establish and improve operational workflows, controls, and SLA tracking
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process optimization
- Generate operational reports reputed company to submission volumes, processing timelines, payouts, and program performance
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Partner Programs, and other internal stakeholders
- Escalate reputed company cases or policy exceptions as appropriate
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Program Operations, reputed company Operations, or reputed company operational roles
- Experience processing transactions, incentives, rebates, payments, claims, or similar operational workflows
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
- Experience managing reconciliations, tracking systems, and operational reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
