[Remote] Senior System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Senior PeopleSoft HCM / HRIS Solutions Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Human Resources and Payroll technology environment. The role involves maintaining and optimizing PeopleSoft HCM applications, improving processes, and partnering with business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Analyze business needs and translate HR, payroll, and workforce requirements into system solutions
- Support enhancements, upgrades, configurations, testing, and ongoing system improvements
- Partner with HR, payroll, IT, reputed company, and business teams to deliver effective solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company root cause analysis, and help maintain system stability
- Support critical business processes including payroll cycles, compliance activities, and workforce operations
- Create documentation, functional specifications, and support knowledge transfer across teams
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on PeopleSoft best practices
- Configure and support PeopleSoft features such as: Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE), Fluid User reputed company, Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Page Composer, Search reputed company / Elasticsearch
- Support integrations and data exchanges using: Integration Broker, REST and SOAP Web Services, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Reporting and analytics tools
- Assist with: System upgrades and enhancements, Production support, Incident resolution, Change management activities, Disaster recovery and business continuity efforts
Skills
- 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM environments
- Strong expertise with PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, reputed company, Workforce Administration, and reputed company modules
- Experience supporting enterprise-level ERP systems and integrations
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and system problems
- Experience configuring workflows, reputed company roles, and business processes
- Ability to gather requirements, create functional designs, reputed company testing, and deliver solutions
- Experience working in environments where data accuracy, compliance, and system reliability are critical
- Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer
- Experience with Integration Broker
- Experience with PUM / Change Assistant
- Experience with BI Publisher
- Experience with SQR
- Experience with Search reputed company / Elasticsearch
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with enterprise reputed company and governance practices
