Responsibilities
- Work reputed company in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, positive, and caring demeanor
- Assist callers with coverage reputed company questions/concerns; accurately interpret policy provisions for assigned products

Skills

- CPT/ICD-10 coding preferred
