[Remote] Agile Project Manager Contractor

This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project reputed company, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of agile projects in alignment with project goals, timelines, and business priorities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track sprint reputed company, delivery milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Communicate project status, updates, blockers, and action items to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Promote adherence to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and team best practices
- Coordinate team activities to support work completion reputed company timeboxed sprints
- Maintain visibility into backlog reputed company, sprint commitments, and delivery outcomes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 5 years of experience with the SDLC
- Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or strong familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting work across multiple teams
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations while following established guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Working knowledge of agile project management tools
- Experience working with IT teams
- Experience planning and coordinating project activities
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Prior insurance operations experience
- Prior experience in the health solutions industry
- Scrum certification preferred
