[Remote] Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentation
• Facilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activities
• reputed company and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementation
• Manage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectives

• Troubleshoot reputed company system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and third-party platforms

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or reputed company IT roles
• Experience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processes
• Experience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data reputed company
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to travel locally needed to attend meetings
