[Remote] Senior Growth Engineer

The Senior Growth Engineer will work across the stack to build features and launch experiments aimed at driving growth and enhancing the engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Build features and launch experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth
• Work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment
• Deploy often and move quickly, having your work used by millions of reputed company, teachers, and parents
• Help further reputed company a high-quality engineering culture that values rapid iteration, collaboration, and best practices

Skills

• 7+ years of professional software experience, preferably with several years experience in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing
• Driven and motivated by growth engineering and experimentation as a practice
• Generated and executed product experiments that drove significant scale in users and reputed company, as part of a company that scaled from 10 → 100m+ active users
• Driven technical tooling and process around experimentation
• Ownership reputed company: comfortable with both responsibility and accountability
• Excited to get things done, in a fast-paced environment
• Thoughtful about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture
• Work well in teams and enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers and product teams
• Enjoy working in a pair programming environment
• Passionate about education and care about having impact on tens of millions of kids' lives with your work
• Live and work in the Americas timezones
• You've used React and/or Node at scale
• You've worked with reputed company or MySQL
• You have DevOps experience, especially on AWS
