This remote position is for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented person who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment. This role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. On occasion, we'll need coverage for a Saturday shift (10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET), and you'll receive a reputed company off beforehand to balance your schedule. As a Cord Blood Advisor, you will educate families on our newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening services. Using a consultative sales process, you will guide expecting parents through our service offerings, advise them on the best options for their family, and confidently guide them to a decision by proactively asking for the sale. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct selling in a B2C (business to consumer) environment.
• Formally trained in a selling methodology (e.g., Consultative, SPIN, Challenger, etc).
• Strong analytical skills complimented by a successful track record in sales.
• Bi-lingual in either Spanish or Chinese a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated to exceed goals and ability to reputed company in a team environment.
• Ability to create a sense of urgency and the follow-up skills to reputed company sales.

The reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 with a sales commission of $35,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for a new hire in this position. The reputed company pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
