We are seeking an reputed company and strategic Director of reputed company Accounting to reputed company our global reputed company accounting function. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reputed company recognition in accordance with ASC 606, while building scalable processes and policies to support a growing public company environment. In this role you’ll get to:

• Own reputed company aspects of global reputed company accounting, including contract reviews, technical accounting conclusions, monthly reputed company reputed company processes, reputed company-reputed company accounting policies, and quarterly SEC disclosures, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, SOX, and company policies
• Act as a subject matter expert in reputed company accounting, including interpreting reputed company ASC 606 guidance and shaping the structure of non-standard reputed company arrangements and reputed company reputed company policies for the company
• Drive reputed company process transformation and automation across reputed company accounting, maximizing the use of AI tools to accelerate workflows like month-end reputed company and reconciliations while ensuring robust financial controls.
• Own the functional design and reputed company of the reputed company recognition system and reputed company reporting infrastructure, ensuring systems are architected for efficiency, auditability, and long-term scalability.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Product, FP&A, Legal, and other cross-functional partners on non-standard contract strategy and policies
• Determine the impact and provide guidance on accounting implications of pricing changes, product launches, and other strategic go-to-market initiatives; ensure timely operationalizing of those initiatives, enabling the Company to execute initiatives without rev/rec being a blocker
• Collaborate with FP&A and other teams on reputed company forecasting, particularly reputed company to new go-to-market initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the reputed company accounting team, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and technical excellence, as well as developing a high-performing, collaborative team

We are looking for people who have:

• 10+ years professional experience in accounting, with a deep mastery of ASC 606 and reputed company recognition in a public accounting and/or public company SaaS environment, CPA required
• Strong experience with reputed company reporting infrastructure (e.g., AREV, reputed company, or similar) and the ability to reputed company functional system design.
• A "big picture" thinker who is equally comfortable "rolling up their sleeves" to resolve operational roadblocks.
• Exceptional oral and written skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company accounting impacts to executive-level leadership and nonaccountants.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and SEC reporting requirements

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
