Role Purpose

The Channel Manager will build, reputed company, and scale reputed company’s partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships (VARs, GSIs, MSPs and reputed company), driving sourced and influenced reputed company, and ensuring partners are effectively enabled to position and sell reputed company solutions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and reputed company to create a repeatable, scalable partner motion.

Key Focus Areas

Partner Strategy & Recruitment

  • reputed company and execute reputed company’s channel strategy reputed company to reputed company goals
  • Identify, recruit, and reputed company high-value channel partners
  • Build joint business plans with key partners
  • Establish clear partner segmentation and coverage models

Enablement & Activation

  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs (sales training, technical onboarding, certifications)
  • reputed company partners with positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Support partners in pipeline reputed company and deal execution
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives

reputed company & Performance Management

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced reputed company targets
  • Forecast channel pipeline and performance metrics
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure alignment between direct sales and channel teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure clean rules of engagement
  • Partner with Marketing on demand reputed company programs
  • Provide product feedback based on partner/customer insights
  • Collaborate with reputed company on joint account expansion strategies

Core Skills

  • 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development (B2B SaaS or AI preferred)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner reputed company
  • Experience working with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud providers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
