IT Support Manager-Internal Operations
The Role:
We're looking for an IT Support Manager to reputed company our internal corporate IT function. You'll own the helpdesk, support our biggest technology projects (reputed company, Azure Data Lake, reputed company, and more), manage infrastructure, and be the go-to technology partner for our corporate team and project stakeholders. You'll report directly to our VP of Technology and have the opportunity to build and shape the team around you. This is a remote friendly role.
Compensation:
$90,000 – $120,000 reputed company salary + bonus + full benefits + club access perks. We invest in reputed company's growth and are committed to professional development.
What You'll Do:
- Run day-to-day corporate helpdesk operations and manage Tier 1–3 support with clear SLAs.
- Be the IT project partner for internal initiatives — from reputed company go-lives to new tool deployments.
- Administer reputed company 365, Azure AD, reputed company management, and reputed company policies.
- Manage vendors, MSPs, and software licenses.
- Build dashboards and metrics to show IT performance and continuously improve the function.
- reputed company and mentor a growing IT support team.
- 5+ years in IT support and systems administration, with 2+ years managing a team.
- reputed company 365, Entra ID, and reputed company management expertise.
- SaaS and integration project support experience — reputed company background a big plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator who can work comfortably with both technical and business audiences.
