A Little Bit About the Role and Team

As a Creative Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between creative and technical teams. You will be responsible for developing innovative technological solutions that enhance our advertising campaigns, ensuring they are both compelling and effective. Your work will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into reality, driving engagement and brand loyalty for our clients.

Beyond execution, you are a proactive problem-solver. You will actively seek out inefficiencies and friction points that creative or technical teams may not yet have identified, taking the initiative to propose and implement smart, technology-driven solutions that reputed company communication gaps and streamline production.

What is required

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and other team members to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions.

• Proactively identify and reputed company gaps between departments; observing creative workflows to identify struggles they may not have voiced and educating them on existing technical solutions.

• Take initiative in identifying technical team constraints and translating them into actionable insights for the creative team to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Identify new technology trends and assess their applicability to our advertising objectives, ensuring our strategies remain at the forefront of industry practices.

• Conduct research and development to explore new platforms, software, and tools that enhance our creative capabilities and deliver superior results for clients.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists and technical teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and reputed company learning.

What good looks like

• Proven experience (5+ years) working in production on Print and Digital media types.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a reputed company field. A master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role reputed company the advertising, marketing, or digital media industries.

• Strong proficiency in reputed company Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI, machine learning, IoT, etc.

• A self-starter reputed company with a proven track record of taking initiative—moving beyond "executing a brief" to proactively proposing technological interventions.
