Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and thoughtful service to our customers, responding to their queries, and championing arenaflex products and Membership
- Working collaboratively with your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Ensuring the store is safe and legal, including maintaining stock levels, checking prices, dates, and temperatures, and adhering to health and safety protocols
- Supporting the introduction of new products and services, sharing experiences with your colleagues, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment
- Getting involved in local community activities and events, helping to build strong relationships with our customers and members
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive approach to change and problem-solving
- The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
