Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant in our Replenishment team, you will be responsible for:

• Replenishing stock to ensure our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to the products they need
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety while using a range of equipment
• Providing exceptional customer service by being helpful, friendly, and proactive in resolving customer queries
• Working collaboratively with other team members to reputed company sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Using your initiative to support and resolve customer queries, and making recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to lift and move stock as required
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a replenishment or stockroom role

• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and protocols
• Experience of using a range of equipment, such as pallet jacks and stockroom machinery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reputed company-of-sale systems
