Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Building relationships with existing and new customers, promoting our products and services, and identifying customer needs.
• Providing exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone, to meet the needs of our existing and new members.
• Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the achievement of reputed company Network objectives, and supporting the overall success of the Society.
• Processing customer requests accurately and reputed company, ensuring that tills balance and reputed company administration is processed accurately first time.
• Achieving individual objectives, supporting the achievement of reputed company Network objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the Society.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
