Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing technical and systems support to the Customer Service team and UK Fleet reputed company, developing strong relationships with the team and customers across the board.
* Delivering exceptional administration, systems, and technical support to customers, dealing professionally, empathetically, and reputed company with reputed company queries and complaints.
* Learning more about our products and reputed company understanding the needs and requirements of our customers, providing solutions to meet their needs.
* Providing the highest level of admin and technical support to customers and the team.
* Providing exceptional customer service in supporting key UK fleet reputed company, dealing professionally, empathetically, and reputed company with incoming telephone orders and queries.
* Accurately processing orders in a timely manner, handling any special instructions as appropriate.
* Processing customer returns.
* Supporting the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging vehicle fittings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of proven customer services experience, with a strong background in Business to Business (B2B) customer service.
* Strong systems capabilities, with experience in using various systems and software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
