Tasks

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Director of UI/UX to reputed company the design and user experience strategy across reputed company Caiz products and platforms. As a design leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing UI/UX team, defining design standards, and creating reputed company and beautiful digital experiences that reputed company reputed company blockchain products accessible to a global audience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across mobile and web platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and reputed company UI.
• Experience designing for blockchain, fintech, or reputed company data-driven applications is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
