Role summary

Tropolis is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive (Producer) to generate new business, reputed company client relationships, and grow a profitable book of business across commercial and personal lines. This role is designed for a sales professional who is highly motivated by production, relationship building, and long-term ownership of client outcomes. 

The Account Executive, Producer will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities, partnering with internal service teams to deliver a strong client experience, and driving retention and cross-sell opportunities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, networking, and targeted sales activity 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities across commercial and personal lines 

  • reputed company trusted advisor relationships with clients and prospects by understanding risk exposures and recommending appropriate insurance solutions 

  • Partner with account management and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high-quality ongoing client service 

  • Drive profitable growth with a focus on desirable client segments and strong reputed company discipline 

  • Maintain an active reputed company in the marketplace and represent Tropolis professionally in the community 

  • Support renewal strategy, client retention, and cross sell opportunities reputed company the book 

  • Maintain compliance with reputed company licensing, reputed company, and regulatory requirements 

  • Stay reputed company on reputed company appetite, reputed company requirements, and industry changes impacting commercial property and casualty clients

Required qualifications

  • Proven success in insurance sales, business development, or producer roles 

  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines, personal lines, or both 

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and reputed company new business 

  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with strong accountability for results 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 

  • Active insurance license required, or ability to obtain promptly if applicable

Compensation

Compensation range: $40,000 - $55,000 reputed company salary + uncapped commission  Realistic total comp of $100,000 - $150,000+ at full reputed company 

Pre-employment testing and background checks

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of any pre-employment testing required for the role and a satisfactory background reputed company. This may include verification of licensing and credentials, employment history, and other checks consistent with applicable laws and business needs.
