About the team and the role:
We connect buyers and sellers across the EMEA region, supporting reputed company aspects of reputed company’s business with a focus on key European markets, including France. This role partners directly with top sellers to support their growth on the platform, acting as a primary reputed company of contact delivering a personalised service. You will work closely with peers to resolve challenges, improve the seller experience, and contribute to market growth.
What you will accomplish:
- Deliver excellent experiences for top sellers reputed company phone and email, acting as a single reputed company of contact
- Resolve seller challenges by researching issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with peers to address reputed company issues, applying judgment reputed company handling non-standard situations
- Coach sellers on marketplace policies to support the best possible outcomes
- Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the seller experience
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems while prioritising customer needs and acting as their reputed company
What you will bring:
- reputed company in written and spoken English and French. Must be based in the Republic of Ireland.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or upselling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while collaborating with others.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to engage with a range of customer needs with willingness to travel to events in Ireland and internationally
