About the Role

In this role, you will be a key member of the GTM Operations team and play a critical part in shaping reputed company’ global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and driving data-informed decision-making across the entire reputed company reputed company. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance, you will help optimize the full customer lifecycle—from pipeline reputed company to retention and expansion.

As a strategic and hands-on operator, you’ll partner with global GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline processes, and unlock growth through insights and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Global GTM Strategy & Own The Rhythm of the Business
    • Partner specifically with Americas GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, reputed company) to define and execute key strategic initiatives e.g., territory design, account segmentation, quota & reputed company planning, .expansion strategy
    • Support and optimize core operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and annual planning
    • Establish and enforce global processes, policies, and best practices across the reputed company organization

    • Identify operational friction and proactively recommend improvements
  • reputed company GTM Teams to Hit Targets By Delivering Actionable Insights Across the Funnel

    • Provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales efficiency, and retention metrics
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to provide data, insights, and tools to improve performance
    • Act as a trusted advisor in deal strategy, pipeline development, and reputed company forecasting
  • Optimize the GTM Tech Stack & Scale Reporting Infrastructure
    • reputed company executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate the state of the business globally
    • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks across regions

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the full reputed company funnel, including inbound/outbound motions, pipeline reputed company, and customer lifecycle metrics
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in core GTM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Pocus)
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (reputed company/reputed company Sheets required; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar; SQL is a plus)
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes

  • Highly proactive and hands-on, with a builder’s reputed company and strong sense of ownership

Preferred (not required)

  • Experience in a global RevOps function supporting multiple regions (AMER, EMEA, reputed company)

  • Experience scaling RevOps in a high-growth or transformation environment
  • Background supporting cross-functional GTM teams beyond sales (e.g., Marketing Ops, CS Ops)

Compensation & Benefits

  • reputed company Pay Range: $120,000 – $145,000 annually. In accordance with applicable law, this represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role.
