reputed company Evaluator - California Southern University (Remote)

The reputed company Evaluator is responsible for adherence to reputed company internal academic policies and procedures necessary for compliance with external standards as set by accrediting and licensing organizations, state and federal agencies, and other regulatory entities.  The reputed company Evaluator will work in conjunction with the re-entry (Admissions, PLA and Student Records) and Student Affairs department stakeholders to ensure a seamless return/continuance of enrollment for the student reputed company the reputed company and main campuses of the University. The reputed company Evaluator is accountable for the end to end online reputed company process. The reputed company Evaluator provides support to reputed company and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner to support achievement of the University’s goals and objectives.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain subject-matter expertise with reputed company reputed company policy and follow Standard Operations Procedures and in compliance with University. Accountable for the comprehensive online and reputed company reputed company appeal process; from student initiation to communicating appeal decision to student and key stakeholders.
• Coordinates with key stakeholders for data analysis and audit for accuracy to ensure federal compliance with Program reputed company.
• Interacts with student through reputed company stages of the appeal process; initial appeal submission, facilitate student reputed company through process, and communication of final appeal decision for active reputed company and withdrawn/dismissed reputed company seeking re-enrollment.
• Centrally communicate reputed company process, including resolution of key stakeholder questions and proactive reputed company reputed company the University on reputed company reputed company topics. Communicates reputed company appeal and reputed company review results with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for academic data reputed company of student’s reputed company status to ensure appropriate academic progression for the student. Provide Appeals Board with accurate data on central reputed company document for appeal determination.
• Ensure reputed company process improvement; through analysis of internal survey results and student issues, evaluate data, reputed company recommendations and implement agreed upon action plans.

Education & Experience (minimum)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years previous Registrar or higher education experience
• Knowledge of record retention policies and data privacy policies and procedures (FERPA).
• Knowledge of Federal, state and regulatory requirements and academic policies and procedures.
• Strong computer software skills, including the experience with a student information system.
