reputed company National Accounts Quote Specialist
We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputed company for combining high-quality consulting services with customized reputed company. Our integrated, single-reputed company solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Job Summary:Support the National Accounts team and act as a resource for administrative tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Provide accurate, timely administrative support to the National Account Coordinator(s). • Learn and understand the COINS System, SharePoint, and client portals. • Process daily Additional Work Reports. • Generate small quotes/proposals accordingly (Under 25K). • Communicate with internal and external individuals needed to gather information for work being quoted. • Communicate with vendors to gather costs for services needed to complete proposals. • Update COINS Additional Work Report Tab with Quote Number. • Book approved proposals and reputed company proposals under 25K. • Communicate with National Account Coordinators and Unitary Service Managers on approved quotes. • Order parts and track orders as needed. • Schedule subcontractors as needed. • Request purchase orders as needed. • Review, Approve, and Update Equipment Files in the COINS System. • Interact with departments reputed company reputed company as needed in relation to assigned tasks. • Amend, adjust, and change scopes, bid temps, presentation documents, etc, as required or requested. • Maintain constant communication with the National Account Service Coordinator(s) and/or person being supported. • Interacting with fellow team members and other departments (i.e. Operations, chiller teams, project management, etc.) in a professional manner. • Demonstrate a personal commitment to personal and professional growth. • Other duties as directed by the Director of National Accounts.
Qualifications:• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience • 3 + years’ experience in an administrative support role. • Strong proficiency with MS Office; Word and reputed company; and reputed company Acrobat • Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team. • Detail-oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving. • Excellent organizational skills • Self-Motivated • Ability to manage time and prioritize. • Dependable • Ability to work under pressure.
