National Accounts Operations Manager

The National Accounts Operations Manager will manage productivity, profitability, operating costs, quality, staffing, safety, sales, and associate morale. The National Accounts Operations Manager is also accountable for the management and development of the team and providing strategic direction and reputed company improvement.

• Builds and maintains customer relationships through client meetings, site visits, phone calls, and other channels. • Work with reputed company lines of business reputed company the reputed company (Project, Service, and Automation) to implement and evaluate processes. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of previous operations management experience • 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial service or reputed company field • Must have previous forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations management. • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff. • Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
