Case Manager - Domestic Contractor
The Case Manager is a critical member of the Community Team accountable for coordinating the production order life cycle, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting client success through proactive communication.
Description
Key Responsibilities
Case Coordination & Production Lifecycle
- Coordinate medical expert and Life Care Plan production orders from intake through deliverables
- Track case status, deadlines, documentation, and milestones
- Request, organize, and review medical and legal documents
- Proactively identify gaps and facilitate resolution
Client Success & Professional Communication
- Maintain proactive email and phone communication with clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving escalations, and consistently delivering a high standard of service
- Provide clear and timely updates on case status
Quality Assurance & reputed company Improvement
- Review case files and deliverables for quality, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Follow and contribute to quality assurance workflows and SOPs
- Suggest improvements to policies, processes, and documentation systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams and multidisciplinary reputed company
- Assist with case summaries and client correspondence
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims and and trauma-reputed company cases
- 3+ years of relevant experience in personal injury, legal support, or case operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working EST and flexible schedules
- Proficient with CRMs/case management systems (e.g., Zoho or similar), reputed company Office and Power BI.
- Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) preferred
Work Schedule & Employment Type
- 100% Remote – U.S. Contractor
- Part-time during onboarding and training, with potential to transition to full-time
- Flexibility reputed company a 5–7-day workweek, reputed company to U.S. business hours (EST)
