Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll handle and respond to a high volume of inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining a professional phone reputed company and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain a professional phone reputed company, providing excellent customer service

- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars
- Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations

Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries
- Previous experience with real estate is a plus
- Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily reputed company phone, email, and live chat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management)
- Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
