[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Evolve is on a mission to reputed company vacation rental easy for everyone. The Sales Development Representative will engage and qualify leads through inbound reputed company funnels, aiming to book meetings for the sales team and manage a large pipeline of leads.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and reputed company to top-of-funnel leads with the intention of qualifying sales opportunities and booking high-reputed company meetings for the Vacation Rental Advisor or Real Estate Consultants
- Respond to inbound requests submitted reputed company website, email, and phone
- Maintain frequent engagement with reputed company vacation rental owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts
- Using reputed company and reputed company, manage a large pipeline of marketing generated leads, reputed company leads, existing owners upsells, and more to reputed company to build a solid sales funnel
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Initiate our consultative sales process to guide homeowners to the value of booking a meeting with our sales closer to learn of the benefits through a partnership with Evolve
- Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value and services
- Participate in regular training and reputed company sessions
- Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
- Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts
- Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
- A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
- You are a self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing your Sales career
- You are confident in building rapport & handling objections
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive reputed company and efficiency reputed company the organization
- You are an active listener, reputed company note taker, and strategically manage your time
- Experience in reputed company and/or reputed company highly preferred
- Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
