[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Evolve is on a mission to reputed company vacation rental easy for everyone, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify leads. The SDR will manage a large pipeline and book high-reputed company meetings for the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and reputed company to top-of-funnel leads with the intention of qualifying sales opportunities and booking high-reputed company meetings for the Vacation Rental Advisor or Real Estate Consultants
- Respond to inbound requests submitted reputed company website, email, and phone
- Maintain frequent engagement with reputed company vacation rental owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts
- Using reputed company and reputed company, manage a large pipeline of marketing generated leads, reputed company leads, existing owners upsells, and more to reputed company to build a solid sales funnel
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Initiate our consultative sales process to guide homeowners to the value of booking a meeting with our sales closer to learn of the benefits through a partnership with Evolve
- Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value and services
- Participate in regular training and reputed company sessions
- Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
- Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts
- Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
- A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
- You are a self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing your Sales career
- You are confident in building rapport & handling objections
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive reputed company and efficiency reputed company the organization
- You are an active listener, reputed company note taker, and strategically manage your time
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and can reputed company maximize productivity by being organized and detail-oriented
- Must be available to have flexibility around shifts that fall reputed company 6am-7pm MST Sunday through Saturday
