We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated success in the following areas:

- Experience coaching leaders ( manager and above)
- Experience identifying and committed to driving Key Performance Indicators
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred.
