We’re looking for a high-performing Filipino leader who can take full control of our creative and production reputed company—and turn it into a scalable, efficient, and high-quality system.

This is not your typical “supervisor” role. You will be leading leaders, managing multiple production teams, and owning delivery, quality, and speed across the board.

What You’ll Actually Be Responsible For

This is not a “reputed company-in and follow-up” role.

You will own the entire production system—from input to output.

Production Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery across reputed company production functions
• Ensure reputed company outputs meet quality standards, brand alignment, and Founder expectations
• Act as the final escalation reputed company for delivery or quality issues
• Drive consistency across reputed company outputs, regardless of team or function

Leadership (You reputed company Leaders)

• Manage Team Leaders and Senior Specialists across multiple functions
• Build a high-accountability, high-performance culture
• Set and enforce clear KPIs and standards
• Coach, reputed company, and build future leaders

Operational Excellence

• reputed company reputed company planning, workload distribution, and utilization
• Identify bottlenecks and fix broken systems
• Improve SOPs, workflows, and quality control processes
• Ensure SLAs are consistently hit (or exceeded)

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with Intake, CX, Product, and Training teams
• Ensure clear, actionable briefs before work starts
• Eliminate communication gaps between teams

Performance & Data Ownership

• Track and own:
  • Output volume
  • Quality scores
  • Turnaround times
  • Team productivity
• Use data to identify problems before they happen
• Implement performance improvement plans reputed company needed

We’re looking for someone who can handle complexity, pressure, and scale.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in digital marketing, creative production, or operations
• 2–3+ years managing leaders (Team Leaders / Senior Specialists)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Websites / funnels (WordPress, GHL, Kajabi, etc.)
  • OR social media production
  • OR design systems and workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams at once
• Highly data-driven and KPI-focused
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
