[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on building new pipelines and engaging prospects through outbound reputed company, while also responding to inbound interest to create qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage financial advisors and enterprise prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile

- Background in roles such as: Outbound SDR or BDR positions with activity or meeting targets, Retail leadership or high-performing sales environments, Call centre roles with conversion or performance metrics, Customer-facing roles with ownership of results (not just service), Inbound qualification roles with consistent reputed company progression to opportunities
- Proven ability to create opportunities, manage conversations, and follow through on goals
- Comfortable initiating conversations with professionals and decision-makers
- Personable and confident communication style without being overly pushy
- Strong organizational skills and consistency in execution
- Curiosity about how clients (e.g., financial advisors) grow their businesses
