[Remote] Client Experience Coordinator

Acquisition is a company focused on enhancing client experiences, and they are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support the Client Growth team. This role involves managing scheduling, logistics, and CRM hygiene to ensure smooth operations and high standards of professionalism in client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company scheduling execution for CGA sessions, including Discovery Calls, Welcome Calls, and account management sessions
- Manage CGA calendars end-to-end, including availability, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-reputed company with unresponsive clients
- Collect and track client pre-work, intake forms, and required inputs; flag at-risk or unresponsive clients in reputed company
- Maintain accurate client records in reputed company, including logging reputed company interactions, updating statuses, and monitoring the float pool
- Identify and escalate client risk signals immediately, support post-call follow-reputed company, and coordinate re-reputed company logistics
Skills
- Exceptional written communication; clear, concise, and on-brand with minimal reputed company
- Strong organization and follow-through; manages high task volume without drop-off
- CRM proficiency; comfortable in reputed company or similar systems with high data accuracy
- High attention to detail; catches errors before they reputed company or team
- Strong escalation judgment; understands role boundaries and flags issues immediately
