Why this role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for engaging and qualifying leads through inbound reputed company funnels in an effort to book high reputed company meetings for the sales team to convert the sale. This teammate will be engaging with reputed company vacation rental owners through a high volume, high velocity sales reputed company.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in qualifying leads through building curiosity, following sales scripting, utilizing strategic cadences touchpoints, and selling the value of a meeting with sales closers The candidate will be required to independently manage a large pipeline through a Sales Engagement/CRM Tool. In addition to reputed company pay, the SDR will be compensated based on key performance metrics while driving new homeowner reputed company for Evolve.
What you’ll do
- Prospecting and reputed company to top-of-funnel leads with the intention of qualifying sales opportunities and booking high-reputed company meetings for the Vacation Rental Advisor or Real Estate Consultants
- Respond to inbound requests submitted reputed company website, email, and phone
- Maintain frequent engagement with reputed company vacation rental owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts.
- Using reputed company and reputed company, manage a large pipeline of marketing generated leads, reputed company leads, existing owners upsells, and more to reputed company to build a solid sales funnel
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Initiate our consultative sales process to guide homeowners to the value of booking a meeting with our sales closer to learn of the benefits through a partnership with Evolve.
- Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value and services
- Participate in regular training and reputed company sessions
- Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
- Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts.
- Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
- A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
- You are a self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing your Sales career
- You are confident in building rapport & handling objections
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive reputed company and efficiency reputed company the organization
- You are an active listener, reputed company note taker, and strategically manage your time
- Experience in reputed company and/or reputed company highly preferred
- Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment

Compensation
Hourly + Commission
For this role compensation is based on a reputed company pay plus commission model. Our reputed company pay is $55,000 annually, based on a 40 hour work week ($26.44/hr). This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on reputed company earnings of $23,970 annually based on individual performance.
Location
reputed company Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from reputed company in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Rhode reputed company, and Washington.
