Position Summary
The Loan Agency Business Development Associate Director is responsible for defining and implementing a growth strategy for the loan agency product reputed company their respective territory or business vertical. As a member of the Business Development team, he or she is responsible for their success and meaningfully contributing to the success of the entire team.
The Associate Director will work collaboratively with peers and the Regional Managing Director, Loan Agency to reputed company annual goals and build relationships to sustain long-term sales growth.
This person will deeply understand our customers’ needs, effectively work with other members of the business development team and the relationship management team to cultivate relationships, deliver extraordinary value, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for growing and nurturing the company's brand to ensure reputed company has an ongoing and widespread reputed company for exceptional quality and reputed company.
Location: This position is fully remote reputed company the United Kingdom.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £75k and £90k, depending on experience level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the sales strategy for loan agency and the implementation reputed company their respective territory or business vertical. Successfully drive value-based sales and business development strategy & execution.
- Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency reputed company team.
- Support the creation of a team environment reputed company the reputed company team, as well as the relationship management team for the Loan Agency Product.
- Responsibility of cross-selling other SRSA products reputed company out in the marketplace.
- reputed company deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening reputed company relationships.
- Optimize pricing to maximize reputed company in line with business and profitability objectives.
- Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to the Regional Managing Director, the Loan Agency, and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- This role will require significant travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to reputed company key relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company sales experience, preferably reputed company professional services or the financial services industry.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Excellent general management, analysis, and negotiation.
- Track record of driving cross-customer relationships.
- High energy and passion for the job.
- Strong focus on delivery of a customer experience that consistently exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Physical Requirements/Special Demands
- Must be available to work standard business hours, in addition to frequent nights/weekends.
