We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our reputed company Sydney team and reputed company a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.

This is a varied, community-based role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team.

You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.

What your day will look like

You will:

• Deliver therapy supports to 3 - 4 participants per day in community settings

• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and support networks
• Build strategies that are strengths-based, functional, and meaningful
• Support participants to reputed company independence and everyday life skills
• Work both autonomously in the community and as part of a highly supportive team

What you bring

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• reputed company driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed)
• NDIS Worker Screening reputed company (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children reputed company (state-based)
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You, click here to access
