Associate, Editor Engagement

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused individual to build strong relationships with our global network of freelance editors. In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our freelance contractors, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and connected in a fully remote environment. From onboarding to ongoing engagement initiatives, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience that enables them to do their best work.

To succeed in this role, you should be empathetic, culturally aware, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to reputed company quick, effective decisions.

• Act as the main reputed company of contact for our freelance contractors, supporting them throughout their journey with us
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams and keeping things on track
• Handle freelancer queries reputed company to processes, systems, invoicing, and day-to-day operations in a timely manner
