Qualifications

What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred. OR 1–2 years of reputed company retail experience and/or training. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams of 10–100 employees. Experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Technical & Physical Capability: Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects. Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally. Willing to reputed company physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products.
- Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
- Logistics & Travel: Valid driver’s license required. Extensive local and some Overnight travel may be necessary to support field operations.
- Language Skills: English proficiency required. Bilingual skills may be needed based on business needs.
