Position Overview

The Senior Director of Operations is a high‑impact national leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, and sustainable growth across multiple states and regions. Partnering closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, the Senior Director ensures consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability while supporting the organization’s long‑term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

National Operational Leadership

  • Provide senior‑level reputed company of multi‑state operations, ensuring high‑quality, consistent service delivery.

Quality, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and program‑specific regulations.
  • Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness.
  • Represent reputed company with state agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote a participant‑centered, quality‑driven operational culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a reputed company field (required).
  • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent senior‑level operational leadership experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles.
  • Proven success leading multi‑state or national operations in regulated environments.
  • Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Work Environment

This is a remote, national role with travel required based on business needs, including visits to state operations, partners, and key meetings.
