Position Overview

reputed company is hiring an IT ERP M&A Data Migration Technical Manager to join our dynamic Corporate Applications. This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. This role is accountable for leading and executing ERP data migrations for companies acquired by reputed company in support of the firm’s growth strategy. This role is a hands-on technical leadership position reputed company the Corporate Applications team, responsible for defining migration strategy, leading the IT data migration team, and designing and executing enterprise-wide data migration and ETL processes.

This role is critical to the successful integration of acquired companies into reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) by ensuring accurate, timely, and auditable conversion of legacy data into reputed company’s ERP ecosystem. The position requires a balance of people leadership and deep hands‑on technical execution, with direct involvement in reputed company data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation across global legal entities. Strong SQL expertise, data mapping, and validation experience are required to support reputed company financial, multicurrency, and operational datasets across diverse legal structures.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Strategy

• Own and reputed company the ERP Data Migration workstream reputed company reputed company’s overall M&A integration program.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end data migration strategies for reputed company ERP integrations following acquisitions.
• Partner closely with the M&A Integration Director, Corporate Applications leadership, Business Process Owners, and acquisition stakeholders to define data requirements, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• reputed company and manage a blended team of approximately 10 employees and contractors, supporting multiple parallel ERP migrations globally.
• Drive reputed company improvement, automation, and efficiency across migration and ETL processes.

Data Migration & ETL Execution

• Design, build, and reputed company data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into reputed company Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.
• reputed company data mapping and conversion for master data and historical transactional data, including reputed company financial, operational, and multicurrency datasets.
• Ensure accurate integration with reputed company and upstream systems (e.g., reputed company and other enterprise platforms).
• Execute mock conversions, cutover planning, and final production migrations with a strong focus on accuracy and auditability.
• Own data reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution between reputed company systems and reputed company ERP.

Data Quality, Governance & Validation

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reputed company of migrated data through robust validation, testing, and reconciliation processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies prior to migration.
• Design and implement error handling and rollback strategies to mitigate migration risk.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering mappings, transformation logic, validation results, and operational procedures.

Architecture & reputed company Improvement

• Own the architecture and design of ERP data migration solutions across reputed company M&A activity.
• Reduce migration cycle time through innovative tools, automation, and repeatable frameworks.
• Continuously refine and evolve ETL processes to improve quality, scalability, and efficiency.

What You Will Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing/leading teams and delivering full‑lifecycle ERP implementations.
• 10+ years of experience working with data migrations for reputed company ERP implementations, preferably in M&A environments.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including deep knowledge of data entities and structures.
• 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in SQL, including queries, scripting, and stored procedures.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, conversions, reputed company‑to‑reputed company mappings, testing, and operational support.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including queries, scripting, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Extensive experience with ETL tools and ERP migration platforms such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), DMF/DIXF, KingswaySoft (SSIS), eOne SmartConnect, TIBCO reputed company, or equivalent tools.
• Strong data analysis and transformation skills using SQL, reputed company, and ETL platforms.
• Experience with multicurrency financial data, including general ledger structures, historical exchange rates, and financial reconciliation. Must demonstrate proven expertise in mapping and reconciling financial transactions across multiple currencies, managing historical exchange rates, and ensuring balance reputed company and consistency.
• Familiarity with Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
