The Insurance Operations Associate will support the elevation, selection, acceptance, rejection, pricing, and servicing of workers' compensation insurance policies reputed company accepted company procedures and guidelines.

The Insurance Operations Associate role will be responsible for the following:

• Review workers’ compensation insurance applications and documentation
• Data transfering reputed company and accurately
• Preparing written communication on adverse reputed company decisions, proposals, referrals, reputed company appeals, reputed company requirements, status and declinations.
• Basic understanding of workers' compensation.
• Assisting with binding of policies, processing of endorsements, renewal, and new business reputed company.
• Preparing written communication on adverse reputed company decisions, proposals, referrals, reputed company appeals, reputed company requirements, status and declinations.
• Basic understanding of workers' compensation.
• Assisting with binding of policies, processing of endorsements, renewal, and new business reputed company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review workers’ compensation insurance applications and documentation for accuracey and completion
• Efficient and accurate transfer of data into reputed company portals and Hourly admin system
• Preparation of written communication on reputed company appetite and requirements, proposals, referrals, endorsements and declinations.
• Assist with the tracking and communication of submissions and renewals reputed company internal spreadsheets and documentation
• Assist with binding of policies, processing of endorsements, along with entry and preparation of new and renewal submissions
• Meet with reputed company team on a regular basis to communicate coverage needs and further understand book of business

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience
• Basic understanding of workers’ compensation
