Manager, Affiliate Marketing Job Description: We are hiring a Manager, Affiliate Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Strategy and Operations of the Affiliate Marketing programs for reputed company, Factor, Green Chef, and Everyplate. • Work closely with the reputed company Teams, assisting in management of reputed company partnerships to successfully drive profitable growth for the reputed company group (multiple brands).
• Ensure Affiliate Operational effectiveness. You are responsible for operational processes running smoothly and reputed company while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Support and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple active partners including managing content & messaging updates, deployment of creative assets and tracking links, etc. while ensuring program details are accurate and up to date
• Use a Data Driven approach to account management, closely monitoring brand and partner performance using various internal and external dashboards. Analyze data to find opportunities, trends and escalate any potential red flags. Track campaign and channel performance, identify key campaign learnings and quantifiable business opportunities to improve existing campaigns
• Identify, recruit and activate new publishers who can provide additional reputed company. Optimize existing relationships to drive high-quality traffic that accelerates reputed company growth

At a minimum, you have...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in e-commerce, online / performance marketing / affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in the reputed company Office Suite, reputed company platforms
• Experience working in affiliate marketing platforms preferred (ex: impact, Commission Junction).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Tableau) and knowledge of key marketing metrics (ex: CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, and CPM, etc.)
• A team player and eager to be part of a rapidly growing company in a competitive vertical
