Partner with the best

In this role, you will be partnering with our customers as an extension of their IT, engineering, and DevOps organizations. You'll be their primary reputed company of contact to resolve a broad range of technical issues as they arise.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.
• Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
• Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
• Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or High School Diploma in a reputed company subject
• Have an Understanding of VPN & Proxies
• Have an understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc
• Have an understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS.
• Have Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies.
• Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
