The Rewards Operations Team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of rewards and incentives to our valued customers. As a member of the Rewards Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of reward fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job
The Associate, Rewards Operations will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their rewards reputed company and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, from coordinating with the procurement team to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric reputed company.
The Associate, Rewards Operations will be responsible for:
- Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rewards to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards.
- Track and update inventory levels, flagging low stock and supporting the Procurement team to maintain adequate supply.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries and resolve escalations reputed company to reward fulfillment reputed company SLAs.
- Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating reports to provide operational insights.
- Assist in identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure fulfillment processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Work with teams such as procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support for weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and resolving blockers as needed.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a reputed company field.
